Information Systems Reviewer:

The Information System Reviewer (ISR) position is responsible for conducting county Mental Health Plan and/or Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC-ODS) county information systems review as part of larger, overall quality and performance review. Specifically, the ISR will conduct high quality and efficient Information System (IS) site review by evaluating performance measures, information systems and billing, preparing IS data and analyzing tables.

The minimum requirement for the position is a bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, statistics, or related subject. The position must possess knowledge of information systems technology and operations including business processes and be able to assist the lead reviewer in all phases of a review including planning, conducting and report writing.

Consumer Family Member openings:

The Consumer Family Member (CFM) role represents and advocates for the interests and concerns of beneficiaries who represent a variety of cultural backgrounds and access public mental health and/or substance use disorder service systems in counties throughout California. The CFM is a member of the review team and conducts beneficiary focused group sessions to obtain feedback regarding treatment services. The CFM will facilitate and document each focus group session utilizing a set of standardized questions.

The minimum requirement of the position is a high school diploma (or equivalent) and lived experience of recovery from mental health and/or substance use disorders challenges either personally or as a family member. The position requires knowledge of the concepts of wellness, recovery, peer support, cultural and linguistic competence, and public behavioral health system. Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and able to travel.
